Security and Vulnerability Reporting

Report unauthorized access, suspected security incidents, or product vulnerabilities here. This is the address customers use to notify Pearl of unauthorized access under the agreement (MSA §3.1).

Legal

For legal notices, contracts, subpoenas, and law-enforcement or government data requests. Legal notices under the agreement are directed to Pearl with a copy to this address (MSA §18.1).

Privacy and Student Data Rights

For district and parent questions about student data, privacy practices, and access/correction/deletion requests. You can also reach this team through the website contact form. Parents should generally contact their school first, since the school controls student data and Pearl refers direct parent contacts back to the school (see Parental Rights and Consent).

For accessibility barriers, requests for accessible formats, and Section 508/ADA questions. See the Accessibility Statement.
