Consistent, High-Quality Data Across Schools

Over the past several years, Guilford County Public School’s approach to data collection has evolved significantly, with the implementation of a tutor management system serving as a true turning point. While collecting data was always seen as important, having consistent, high-quality information across schools, tutors, grade levels, and subject areas has made it far more actionable. With this system in place, leaders can now look beyond individual classrooms or student groups to identify broader trends across zones and key focus areas, such as K–3 literacy and 6–8 math. The result is a clearer understanding of what’s working well and where additional support may be needed.
